Wisdom In Single Strands

They say failure is a doctorine like any other

Pain could have meaning, if only
patience paid off

There’s something about the doctor’s voice

Asking you if it hurts here? Here?

Here? How about here?

Then there’s my hand on your shoulder

Wondering how any childhood can be lost like that

I am holding you close, as only friends can do

Opening to the wisdom in your heart

And every strand of your hair.

A dialectical site of poetry, painting and the odd musical excursion into the unknown.
